As always, it's a pleasure to see all of the conversations occurring on other websites. I wanted to invite you to join my facebook conversation going on right now with friends of mine who are devout Christians and some who are not. I just returned from the Ignite Green conference in Des Moines Iowa this weekend and one statistic that was thrown out there over and over again was that 70% of church going youth walk away from the church after high school. I have asked the question why on my facebook page and I'm amazed by the response and the discussion that is occurring. If you are interested in checking this out, or one of your staff is interested, I would sure love to have you join the conversation. The 2nd question I asked was, out of the 70% who leave after high school, how many return in the their 20's or 30's? Why or why not? Thank you so much for all that you do for youth ministry. Today im shredding the gnar. I went outside and tried to do this trick on the ramp. Of course I was scared to death and I ended up getting hurt big time. Why skaters have to get hurts! Lol lol.
