Wow..This conference was honestly life changing. Coming from a home with an alcoholic parent, Faith and trust is a daily struggle for me. I went down several wrong paths looking for happiness and ways to forget the abuse that was inflicted on me. I was lucky enough to find Christ my Savior before things got way out of hand. Although I still struggle daily, I’m finally beginning to move on and heal all of my wounds. In the past few months, our youth group has became a place where I’ve seen several struggling teens accept Christ into their lives for the first time. Dare to share taught me so much. I’m so thankful to have been apart of it. I’ve definitly been “shreadin the gnar!” Thank you for all the inspiration and hope you have given.

I went to the dare to share conference in denver just today and it was AMAZING! I was already christian and accepted christ, but it was like a little wake up call. The whole thing reminded me of this quote I read once. It reads, ‘Christians keep the faith… but not from others.’ That totally made sense to me now that I’m keeping such a wonderful gift to myself and now I realize that I can give it and never have to be afraid. Like Zane said, God will take care of it. Thank you guys so much for such an experience that will help bring me and my friends to get to know Christ better. Love y’all and hope to see you at ‘Blaze’ next year. I’ll try to keep following the blogs as well!

Hey! I was one of the many teens attending the Dever, Coloado conference. As everyother year, it rocked. The music, people, youth leaders, and everyone that put’s this together deserves a big round of applause, because what you all do is so great. You share the light of God to so many people. You’ve shown not only me I’m sure, but tons and tons of other teens how God can move so greatly throughout our lives. Thanks a ton for giving us all a great time, hanging out with our fellow youth, and followers of Christ. God bless, and I hope your jouney’s don’t end keep ‘Shreddin the gnar’ yo

u guys were so amazn, i was brought CLOSER to the lord. thanks to everyone there, not just the adults but theens as well. everyone was so nice. the bands WERE so amazn, i cant get there songs out my head.
