It just feels that way. It snows on everyone, but it's *your* fingers that are dropping off. It's just mother nature trying to kill us. "Thankyou for your application, but you have been unsuccessful on this occasion. Better luck in your next life..." Many people don't have a strenuous enough doctrine of the fall, and I'm pretty sure that this is the real meaning of bad weather. (Maybe there's no such thing as bad weather, though.
