Dare 2 Share Board Meetings

Please pray for the board today and tomorrow. We have one of our thrice a year board meetings starting this afternoon. Pray for wisdom. That’s what a board is for. Their purpose is not to rubberstamp my plans or to micromanage our staff but to govern this organization from 30,000 feet.
Pray with me that God grants them the wisdom for the next 26 hours or so to guide this organization where God is calling us to go. The executive team and I are submitting our strategic plan for their consideration. My hope is that when we leave the board meeting Tuesday at 3 pm MST that all of us will be pointed in the same direction the Spirit of God is beckoning us to go.
