I just read your rant on Christian Bumper stickers,
You are right to an extent,which is, if you are a bad driver, or have intentions of driving badly, or running people off the road,or driving dangerously, then please, for the love of the Father, DON’T give Christ a bad name by having Him on your bumper sticker while your acting that way, But, for the rest of us who actually follow the rules of the road, and happen to be on it for hours at a time every day, or even for minutes a day, like picking up kids from SCHOOL, why can’t we have: “The bible is true,Jesus changed my life.” On the bunper of our car? Is THAT one okay, or does that still make us a hypocrite? You know, God builds up, He doesn’t break down…why discourage good intentions by making people feel bad about themsleves? Just a rant….or is it? I’m just sayin….

hey greg, it was my first time there and I loved it. the story about the handicapp kid being the equipment manager really touched me it actually made me cry a little becuase i volunteer at my moms work at Rainbow Options 1 in blue springs,mo and i really enjoy all of the clients. i just want to say thank you again and we were going to leave early but then it got to bad so we had to turn around and head back and luckly the same hotel gave us our rooms again. we later found out if we would of headed back we would of been through the worst part of the storm so im glad god told my youth paster to turn back around. thanks for all that you do for the teenagers!! veronica steffen

I don’t like Christian bumper stickers either. Actually, I don’t like any kind of bumper stickers. Why would you make your car look that tacky on purpose?! I especially dislike the ones that say, "My child is an honor student at……" Why do you have to share that with people while they’re driving?! I know they’re proud of their kid’s achievments, but can’t they express their happiness in a safer way? I mean, I wonder how many people have crashed because they were reading a bumper sticker instead of paying attention to the rode. People get distracted enough with their cell phones, radios, and fast food.

I think that the christian bumper stickers are hypocritical, i think that some send out a good message but the other ones are just annoying. Although I would rather see the Christian bumper sticker than see ones that say curse words…*heart* the website and tell all of my friends about D2S!! p.s. why isn’t d2s coming back to Charlotte?? *HaYlEy*

Hi Greg , Just got back from D2S in Columbus. WOW Thanks man I needed that. Anyways about the bumper stickers, i’ve seen it work both ways . When i was a kid (i’m 42 now) my friend’s mom had the "God is my co-pilot" sticker on her van. But i heard the stories about how his older brothers got beaten with hi-heel shoes and sweeper hoses. That " hypocrite" kept me from going to church years later when my own life was messed up. I didn’t want to be like her. There were 4 or 5 people that had alot to do with me getting saved 7 years ago and one of them was this guy named Rodney Miller where i worked ; he had a bumper sticker on the back of his truck that said " Real Men Love Jesus" I never really talked to him but whenever I parked in the same area as him seeing that sticker was like fingernails on a chalkboard, i tried but i just couldn’t ignore it. God is good , 2 years ago we were singing Christmas carols at a nursing home and i was going by a room and saw him visiting someone . I didn’t have time to stop and talk so i just stuck my head in and thanked him for that bumper sticker. Thanks again for all you do . Dear Greg, My name is Katie Coriell. I went to the D2S this weekend. And it was just an unbeleivable expierence. Well, you told us to share our story on here because you like to read them and yeah. Well i decided to tell you mine. You see, I wasnt born into a Christian home. Not exactly but kinda its really confusing. Anyway when my mom had me her and my dad were still married. They were divourced about three months after I was born. My mom was and still is a hardcore Jesus lover and a major Christian. But my dad was a Jehovah Witness. You see my dad was raised in a Jehovah Witness's Church. And he still is a Jehovah Witness. I wish i could get him to become a Christian but, its not that easy. You see before a was born his dad died of a heart attack. His dad was a Jehovah Witness as well. So i dont really know if hes ready to be a Christian because his whole side of the family is of that religon. Anyways, growing up i wasnt really sure which religon to take in. Because since my parents were divourced one weekend i would be at my moms going to a Christian Church then the next i would be at my dads Jehovah Witness Hall. So i was getting the same amount of Gospel from both places. As you can guess going to two completely different churchs who had really different testomony i was really confused. I wasnt sure what to believe. Then in about the fourth grade my mom put me into a Vacation Bible School to maybe help me out a little. Well, I think i was about 10 and i got saved. At that time i was still confused about the religons and wasnt sure of what i was doing. So, it really didnt count. three years later we moved to a small town called Waverly we actually had been there since i was in the fifth grade. Anyhoo for two years i attended Waverly Schools and then i transferred to Pike Christian Academy and i started to understand the Bible a little better. During that time my church, First Baptist Church was watching the Gospel Jorney. I have to say watching that series is what got me saved last year. Because of all those other kids from different religous beliefs and it really made it clear. Then i decided to go to D2S and it was so awesome it really opened my eyes. Well now i am really active in the youth and church etc. Me and my dad drifted apart because of me becoming a Christian. So its my goal to get my dad to make that decision.
