this time it relates to your post.
While we (some of the people from bible study) went outreaching on the apple bees street corner, this happened right when we were getting ready to leave. Some guy, who seemed normal. He said he was coming over there to break up some fight (this guy had a beer in hand. I think he was seeing things) that didn’t even happen. Ruben asked him “Do you know how much God loves you?” he said “yes, I do.” and then the guy took a big drink of his beer… Somewhere along the road things started to turn…really turn. Ruben told all the ladies to go get in the car…this guy was demon possessed!! He’d be all sincere one moment, and then get all demonic…even his tone of voice was freaking me out. As if I wasn’t enough already! He’d (when he was normal-ish. i guess) say “Man, I need help.” and then the evil thing that had a GRIP on this guy, would turn things.
I heard people could get demon possessed, but seeing it actually happen like 25 feet infront of me….is friggen SCARY! Ruben, when we got back, said he’d be all sincere…until Ruben would say Jesus and then the guy litteraly got his face and roared.. (reminded me of the scripture you used about the devil prowling around looking for some victim to devour.) When he (the evil thing) roared in rubens face, he said he literally got chills from head to toe… he was like “What the heck?!” and he said he almost pooped in his pants!!!
And then I got to hear some other real life stories about people being possessed by like lust and my aunt told me that if you don’t have a good relationship with God, those demons will get you…

Please,please, please, please pray for that guy!! He needs Jesus not a demon.

Pray for me too. My little-ist toe, on the back part where it bends, got cut somehow. And pray that my aunts family wont get evicted from their apartment. She has 4 kids. Ages are 4,3,2 and 6 months….

Spiritual things have never felt soooo real..

and please pray for the cop that ran over by a car on purpose…I heard, from the guy that works there that he’s doing ok. pray he’ll get better and pray for his family as well.

Hey Greg,

I’d comment with something that has to do with your post, but I can’t!!

Here’s the reason:

I allowed my friend, Karlie to have one of her friends come over at like 12:30 a.m. We met up at QickTrip across the street from my moms apartment in North Kansas City,Missouri. My mom was asleep til we got back and she was standing on the side of the wall where we wouldn’t see her. I was the first one to walk in and the look on my face was total shock. To be completly honest, I have never in my first 15 years of life ever snuck anyone in that really shouldn’t be here..and to be honest again, I don’t really feel all that comfortable with it. Why am I being so tolerant? Why am I not speaking up? Because I’m scared! Karlies’ friend has a foul mouth…

I asked him (I had K-LOVE playing on the radio. its a christian radio station) a question because he said his step mom and dad only listen to klove… I asked “why don’t you listen to it?” but he thought i said “what do you listen to?” he listens to hot 103 jams (wordly music)… which is playing right now… and I’m about to completly lose my tolerance that I’m showing for this music…I hate it I know I do because I haven’t listened to it since October of 2008 in Branson, Missouri and the main speaker person was Wayne Northup…

The music isn’t loud…but, it’s loud enough that I can hear it!!

I’d text karlie, but she has my phone. I asked her if she’d like to go to Dare2Share with me next year and she said sure… We started to watch the d2s videos that we’re posted to youtube… but we never got to finish the first one. we got to the part where you were talking about the pulling the lions tail in St.Louis,MO.

I need Jesus…I need to do my part and say something!!!

And sadly I know the lyrics to this music…oh sweet Jesus I can’t have this!!

I need to mention they (HE mainly) needs to control his mouth!!

I managed to slip some short prayers in there…while walking to and from QuikTrip back up to the apartment…
So far he has changed the station on the radio 3 times…lets make that 4th back to K-LOVE!

What the heck am I doing? They can’t read my mind…I’ll have to say something!

Wow that was spectacular!
I really liked that and how true is it? I was just watching one of those World Clocks and if you havn’t seen one before, you should type world clock into google and check it out. I watched that for about 30-45 seconds and just looking at the number of deaths and murders and suicides, is shocking. And you think, out of those people, how many do you think heard the Gospel and accecpted Christ. Heck, it could have been all of them, but it also could have been none of them. And lets just say 90% of the people were born again and were going to Heaven. Well, what about the other 10%? The 10% that walked blindly right off the edge. Now, yes, there will be people who won’t listen to you or people who tease you. But pray for them! Pursue them! Don’t sit and make daisy chains. Recently I’ve learned the urgancy of sharing the Gospel. And when Jesus comes back, which could be any day, I don’t wanna be sitting on my fanny makin daisy chains. I want to be one of the one’s doing His work. Out on the edge of the cliff telling the people about Christ. I don’t want to see my friends and loved ones walk blindly off the edge of a cliff, taking a one way trip to Hell.
