I'm sure there are several churches out there who are praying for revival to start through their body. I have been at churches who have made it a #1 priority to pray for revival and are constantly asking God to move in their church, communities, etc. I think this is one of those prayer requests that God has already said, "YES!" to. It's just a matter of whether or not we are going to do anything about it... Looking forward to the rest of the "Un-Series."

" I am happy to disappoint you". It seems like we have to say that a lot these days! When you are totally convinced that the only way is all the way, all the time it really makes some Christians uncomfortable. Oh well! I'd rather make people a little uncomfortable than...well you know! There are a lot of worn chairs in a lot of churches. To quote a fortune cookie I got with Mike and Diane yesterday, " If you understand what you are doing, you're not learning anything! Happy trails!

Amen! My unthinkable goal...to share the gospel with everyone I know, help them grow deeper in their faith so it sparks a revival in my community.

Hey Julie, Yes! We wait on God to do His work but we do it knowing that he "desires all men to come to repentance" (1 Peter 3:9). In other words we wait on God knowing that he desires that person to come into fellowship with him infinitely more than we do. And he is already at work convicting and convincing of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16:9). We use wisdom and tact and then bring it up at an appropriate time (Colossians 4:4-6) but we bring it up! Don't be confused. Be clear. He wants you to share Jesus with ALL your friends in God's power, in God's timing, with God's love. Pray for wisdom and power...then go for it!

Mr. Stier.....Wow, I guess I never really thought of it that way. I mean, I have, but I just usually shrug it off and think that other christ followers would think I am too serious about it, you know? But, while it's important to tell others about God continually, do you think we have to wait for His signal and timing? I'm getting a little confused.
