Ahhhhh kindergarten. The best 5 years of my life. HAhaha JK. but that is an awesome analogy….our first day of "school" with God…..dude, for all your claims about being unsmart, you sure do say thought provoking things. P.S> Whats with the spell checker in the comment window?

i remember my first day of school in k-5…..I was so scared i cryied when my mom left so did everyone else …well except my bff Megan she was happy go lucky! newayz i will pray 4 Jeremy starting school and that he will make a good ajustment to it -and that he might share the gospel with fellow classmates- {love samantha}

I tried to comment more on my last but I accidentally hit send. I was just wondering how his relationship is with his sister. He is probably teaching her alot about God and trying to be the best big brother he can be. He is definatley going to become a inspirational part of her life. I wish the same could go for me and my older sister. All she can talk about is her BOYFRIEND. She never goes to church with me any more :=( I really need advice. Do you think you could help. Hey there Greg. I read this rant and I heard the story of the airport. I can’t belive he’s already had his first day of school. He’s growing up so fast! lol. I can’t believe it has already happened. I wish you the best in this time of parenting. I wish that God eases your worries of his test in faith as he connects with new multi religious peers. I hope he’s learning well. Well, I have no clue how you feel , but I can’t help but agree that God’s feelings for us must be so intense that just thinking about it is like…wow. Pretty cool. Guess what? (even though this is completely off topic) I did the "Leap of Faith" off of the pole thingy like the kids did in "The Gospel Journey." It was so fun! I was the only one out of my friends who wasn’t scared and therefore I was the show off, but I had a blast anyway. Oh yeah, I wasn’t able to get at all close to the trapeze. Anyhoo, L8r. Well said Greg. I didn’t think I’d get emotional when our son started Kindergarten earlier this week, but when I saw him all dressed up for his first day of school with his backpack on I felt pride, joy, and a little sadness as well. It’s like the first chapter of life is over for him and he is starting out on the next stage of life… Money on whose kid pulls the first fire alarm at school???

We took our son Luke to his first day of kindergarden this time last year. It’s enough to make a grown man cry. Our daughter is almost thirteen so it’s been a while for her. I guess that is why Luke’s is more vivid. This year was Kaitlyn’s first year in a new middle school, and we just dropped her off at the door. It was scarey watching her bravely walk into a place where everything was new to her. It seems like just yesterday I was burping Kaitlyn for the first time when she projectile vomitted. I didn’tknow something that small could have so much stuff come out of it with such force. I was beginning to think my wife had given birth to a demon child, but they found out that she couldn’t drink regular milk, so we decided to keep her. Now that she is almost a teenager it’s like a new stage of life again. She has changed so much in the last year that I am again wondering if my daughter has been abducted by aliens and replaced with some strange life form. I am excited because soon she will be in my youth group! Wow being my own daughter’s youth pastor! That’s kind of scary too. OK I’ll admit it, I am just a scared person!! What an awsome responsibility and gift God has given us all.
